Q. What happens if I have already been in prior contact with the Buyer or Buyer Broker to whom I send information?

A. If you have already been in contact with the Buyer or Buyer Broker that you contact through B4B, then you have ten days to notify B4B and register this prior contact. If you do so within the 10 days after initial contact, you will be relieved of any referral obligations.
