A. As a Buyer you want to make sure that you find all possible properties that match what you are looking for. The worst thing for a Buyer is to buy a property and then find out there was another property available that you liked better but was not presented to you. By using B4B you have another tool to help you find listings and the best part is B4B does the work for you.

A. You must register so that when a property is sent to your anonymous Buyer ID, B4B can forward the property information to you via email.

A. There is no cost to you for posting as an anonymous Buyer. B4B is paid a referral fee from the Brokers only if a transaction is completed that B4B facilitated.

A. No – you can work with any Broker that you feel will best represent you. And that contact is initiated by you only. Upon contact with numerous Brokers you may end up selecting one to represent you further. It is your choice.

A. Brokers will only be able to send you a link to their property and at that time you can contact the Broker if you wish to request more information or a showing.

A. Brokers will search B4B for Buyers that are looking for property that match one of their listings. If your "Wants" match their listing, then they will send you a link to more information on their property and then you can choose whether you want to contact the Broker for more information or a showing.

A. The great thing about B4B is that you are anonymous until you choose not to be. Your information will never be shared and therefore Brokers will not be able to contact you directly until you choose to contact them and provide them with your information. You are in complete control of your buying process.
