Buyers 4 Brokers LLC (“B4B”) was founded by a team of long-term real estate industry leaders, each recognized as experts in their fields, including Brokers and Internet experts.  Each founder, from their own experiences, realized that a dramatic marketing paradigm shift was eminent for the industry.  For the past few decades, the markets, and technologies associated with them, have been growing exponentially, but the traditional Real Estate sales paradigm was not keeping up.  Buyers and Brokers were suffering serious inefficiencies by overlooking better processes now possible with technology.  Each of the Founders came to the belief that another alternative should be available, one that is more efficient and viable by employing technological advances.

B4B turns the traditional real estate marketing strategy on its head.

Until now, the Real Estate Industry websites have focused on providing lists of properties for sale, “Inventory Sites”, if you will, therefore mandating tedious multi-site searches for both Buyers and Brokers objectives. B4B was formed to reverse that industry awareness, after years of seeking an alternative, and finally realizing one.
